Compliance Letter Request Form

Sign Permit Form

Building/Development Application

A building permit is required for:
All new construction;
Extensions, additions, repairs, relocation, and demolition of existing buildings; and
Construction, relocation, and repair of a fence
Certain minor repairs for maintenance and improvement do not require a building permit.
Please complete the Building/Development Application Form. For further information, please refer to the Information Sheet.
Applicants are reminded that any Building Permit they acquire from the Town should be prominently displayed on site.
ANY BUILDING PERMIT ACQUIRED FROM THE TOWN IS REQUIRED TO BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED ON SITE

Application to Drive or Operate a Taxi
