Using the General Complaints Process:

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay would like to remind residents of our General Complaints process, designed to facilitate efficient complaint resolution. We do not consider social media platforms as appropriate channels for filing complaints.

If you have an official complaint, we encourage you to follow these steps:

Telephone: Call us at 709-896-3321 or 709-896-3322 during our regular office hours, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. When calling, please provide your contact information as we do not accept anonymous complaints. If calling outside these hours, please leave a voicemail with your name, contact number, and the nature of your complaint. For after-hours water and sewer-related issues, please contact us at 709-896-2212

In-Person: Visit the Town Hall during our office hours.
