Right of Way Policy

  • The Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay will not be responsible for any damage to any grass or other material planted in the RIGHT OF WAY, while carrying out services. Learn more about these policies.

  • No person or persons shall plant grass or other materials within 1.5 meters (5 feet) of the pavement.

  • Grass and or other materials that are presently within 1.5 meters (5 feet) of the pavement will be removed by Town Employees after notification has been given to the home owners. Grass and other materials will be replaced by crushed stone.

  • A person or persons may plant grass or other materials in the remaining part of the RIGHT OF WAY outside their property line, with the written permission of the Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay.

  • The Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay reserves the right to carry out duties in providing services within its RIGHT OF WAYS.
