The Town has a licensing procedure under the “Taxi Regulations of the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay”. Any persons wishing to become a taxi driver are required to complete the Taxi Driver License Application For the operation of taxi vehicles, the Taxi Operator License Application form must be completed, as well.
