The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay issues permits to help ensure that development, construction, renovations, and other regulated activities are completed safely and in accordance with municipal regulations.
Before beginning a project, residents, businesses, and contractors are encouraged to review the permit requirements and submit the appropriate application. Depending on the type of work, additional information such as site plans, drawings, property details, or supporting documents may be required.
Permits may be required for projects such as building construction, renovations, demolition, signage, development, occupancy, driveway access, and other activities regulated by the Town.
