Public Engagement and Participation:

Join Council meetings to speak or observe. On the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5 PM, our Council Chambers gallery is open to the public. Delegations have 10 minutes for concerns, with written requests for detailed matters encouraged. To register, contact cao@townhvgb.com or ea@townhvgb.com. Notify the Town Manager or their designate at least 24 hours before the meeting, including your name, contact information, and the issue you wish to discuss. The Mayor and Council may limit delegate presentations. Your input is valued.
