Desk Extension

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay will be accepting tenders for the purchase of one Desk Extension. The Town will be accepting bids to purchase the Desk Extension until 4:00 pm on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The successful bidder will have 7 days after the closing date to pay the tendered price and pick up the Desk Extension.

If there are two or more bids with the same price, the one submitted earliest will be the winner.

Bids can be submitted by one of two methods:

Submit Bid in Sealed Envelope: Submit a bid at the Town Office in a sealed envelope marked clearly as “Desk Extension”.

Closing Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The bid shall clearly state the name, telephone number, and email address for the bidder, along with a Bid Price for the purchase of a Desk Extension.

Email Bid to cd@townhvgb.com: Submitting an email bid to cd@townhvgb.com with the subject clearly written as “Desk Extension”. Closing Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The email shall clearly state the name, telephone number, and email address for the bidder along with a Bid Price for the purchase of the Desk Extension.

The Town is selling this Desk Extension with no guarantees as to it’s condition and as such, the sale once completed shall be deemed Where Is, As Is. Potential bidders can view the Desk Extension at the Town Office by calling Randy at (709) 896-3404 and setting up an appointment.
