🖼️JUSTICE REFRAMED: A Photo Journey

The Journey Project presents the 5th Annual Photovoice viewings in Labrador.

This year’s theme is: JUSTICE REFRAMED: a photo journey.

Contributing photographers have reflected on the concept of justice reframed, sharing their story through their lens and what it means for them in the context of their journey as survivors.

The viewings in Happy Valley-Goose Bay will take place on September 9 & 10 from 10am to 8pm at the Labrador Friendship Centre Multipurpose Room, and on September 11 from 10am to 8pm at the Masonic Lodge.

There will be viewings in North West River on September 28 & 29 from 10am to 4:30pm at the Labrador Interpretation Centre.

There will be viewings in Labrador City from October 6 to 8 at the Labrador West Status of Women Centre.

There is no agenda – only to view the submitted photo submissions and their story from survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence across Newfoundland and Labrador.

Dates for the North Coast and South Coast of Labrador to come in later part of 2026 and early 2027. Stay tuned for those dates!
