Happy Valley Day 2026 – Call for Vendors

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Department of Community Services & Recreation is pleased to advise residents that Kinsmen Park will once again proudly host the Happy Valley Day Celebrations for 2026.

Gates will open to the public at 1:00 PM on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

Application forms may be found at the link provided below:

Vendor Application 2026 or from the Town Hall during normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Applications must be received at the Town Hall or to Glenn Pittman at csrcoordinator@townhvgb.com by 12:00 PM on Friday, September 11, 2026.

If you are interested in being a vendor at the Happy Valley Day celebrations, whether it be food, games or crafts, you are required to register for this event. Applicants must be registered as a business with the Town in good standing or possess a valid vendor’s permit.

Service organizations who wish to have an information booth at the park on Happy Valley Day are also required to register using the same form but do not require a vendor permit.
