Demolition Work at 70 Roberts Road

Starting Friday, May 8, 2026

The Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay Engineering Department advises residents that demolition work of the building will take place at 70 Roberts Road. This work will start on May 8, 2026, and continue until the job is completed. It is expected to be completed within 2 days. The work will run from 8 am until 5 pm daily.

The operation of heavy equipment for the demolition and removal of the building at this location may result in traffic disruption along the intersection of Deharving Drive and Roberts Street. Appropriate signage will be on-site to assist but residents are reminded to exercise caution while in the area where the work is being completed.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause to residents.
