The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is committed to helping residents prepare for emergencies. This section provides essential resources to help you protect yourself and your family before, during, and after an emergency.
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN
Our Emergency Management Plan is a comprehensive plan detailing emergency measures in different scenarios. The EMP is a working document that is reviewed annually and, where necessary, revised by the Emergency Planning Committee.

✅ Creating a 72-hour emergency kit
✅ Knowing your evacuation routes
✅ Having a family emergency plan
✅ Understanding local emergency procedures
