Residents Property Tax & Assessment Tax Bill Payment Options

Tax Bill Payment Options

  1. Mortgage Company: If “COPY SENT TO MORTGAGOR” is on your Tax Invoice, your bank will receive it directly and pay your taxes on time.

  2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Businesses can pay tax invoices and other bills via EFT. Email your request form to payments@townhvgb.com to register. Send remittance advices to the same address.

  3. Cheque or Money Order: Make payable to the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay and mail it with the bill’s remittance portion. You can also drop it in the secure box at Town Hall.

  4. In Branch: Pay your bill over the counter at your bank branch if they’re listed above. Confirm with your branch first.

  5. In Person: Cash, Debit or Credit accepted.

Miscellaneous Billings Payment Options:

  1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Businesses can use EFT for non-tax invoices. Email your EFT request form to DFO@townhvgb.com.

  2. Cheque or Money Order: Payable to the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, sent by mail with a list of invoices.

  3. Interac E-Transfer: Pay non-tax invoices via Interac e-transfer to payments@townhvgb.com. Include your invoice number in the Message field.
