Provincial Requirements and Standards:
Special Events and Public Markets + Temporary Food and Home-Based Food Industry

The Department of Government Services has asked the Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay to remind licensed food establishments or individuals who want to participate in special events and public markets within our municipality, including temporary food and home-based food industry vendors, that they must adhere to the provincial requirements and standards for food preparation and obtain the appropriate food license from Service NL.
