TAKE NOTICE THAT the lands located in the Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay described below are in arrears of taxes and will be sold at a public auction on September 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM at 212 HAMILTON RIVER ROAD TOWN OFFICE:

The starting bid for each property will be equal to the taxes owing plus legal fees and other costs related to the sale of the property pursuant to section 152(1) of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act. HST may also be applicable to the purchase price.
The sale of the land is on an “as is, where is” basis. Any applicable HST will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. It is up to each interested party to conduct their own due diligence before placing a bid. The Town Council of the Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay makes no representation or warranty as to title to or condition of the property.
