The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay would like to inform residents that the bus will be OUT OF SERVICE on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, for the upcoming Santa Parade. The Bus will be in the parade. As a result, the on-demand service will be unavailable during this period.
The Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause.
REMINDER
We would also like to suggest to riders with the On-Demand Transit App to keep an eye on the notification bell icon in the top right of the rider app home screen. The bell icon displays a pop-up announcement of any issues with the bus and a notice to riders.

You can visit the Town Hall front desk if you require additional assistance with setting up the On-Demand App and the Transit Fare Platform.

Residents with limited access to technology – internet, smartphones, or an email address – can visit or call the Town Hall during office hours for assistance with booking rides.
