| The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is advising residents of a Water Leak Repair on September 29, 2026, on Ottawa Avenue starting at 8:30 AM. There is a possibility of a water interruption or lower-than-normal pressure until the repairs are made. Crews are on site and will remain in the area until work is complete. The Town would like to remind residents that it is unlawful to enter a controlled worksite that has been barricaded off, unless they are instructed to do so.
