By-Laws Mandatory Towns and Local Service Districts Act

Release Date: April 14, 2025

In accordance with Section 7 of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act, the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay would like to inform the public that effective April 4, 2025, the following By-law is in effect. Any policies that may have been associated with this By-Law has been rescinded.
