D42 Pump House & Reservoir Upgrades-September 16, 2026
| The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay Department of Water & Sewer is advising residents of the next phase of the upgrade work to the D42 Pump House and Reservoir. Beginning Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the reservoir will need to be drained for work to begin. Residents of Spruce Park and Hamilton Heights (MOT) will experience low water pressure starting at 8:30 AM. The North Side (Canadian Side) will be without water for the duration of today’s upgrades at D42. Work will continue until completed. Water is expected to be restored by 9:00 PM. There will be heavy equipment working in the area. Please use caution around the Halifax/Toronto Avenue areas. The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay thanks the public for their patience and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. |
