Well-Being Plan
Help Shape the Future of Our Community
The Town has launched a year-long planning process to strengthen safety, well-being, and overall quality of life for all residents. Throughout the year, we’ll be sharing updates, surveys, engagement events, and ways for you to get involved.
What is a Community Safety & Well-Being Plan?
A CSWB Plan helps communities work together to make everyone feel safe, supported, and connected. Rather than focusing only on reacting to crime or emergencies, these plans look upstream, at the root causes of issues that affect well-being.
CSWB planning brings together residents, service providers, and local organizations to strengthen the systems that help people thrive.
This includes reducing risks, improving access to supports, and making sure that every resident has opportunities to grow, learn, work, and belong.
Your input is a vital part of this process.
