The Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay Engineering Department advises residents that demolition work of the building will take place at 51 Cartwright Road. This work will start on July 9, 2026, and continue until the job is completed. The work will run from 8 am until 5 pm daily.

The operation of heavy equipment for the demolition and removal of the building at this location may result in traffic disruption along this section of Cartwright Road.

Appropriate signage will be on-site to assist, but residents are reminded to exercise caution while in the area where the work is being completed.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause to residents.
