Accessibility Plan Survey
We Want to Hear From You
The Town of Happy Valley–Goose Bay is developing an updated Accessibility Plan, and we are asking residents to share their experiences, concerns, and suggestions. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us identify barriers, improve accessibility, and ensure our programs, services, and public facilities are welcoming to everyone.
This survey covers a wide range of topics, including:
• Your experiences with accessibility in daily life
• Satisfaction with public buildings, trails, parks, and municipal services
• Barriers you may have encountered in our facilities, programs, and communications
• Suggestions for improving access, inclusion, and participation
• Feedback on the Town’s website, public spaces, and service delivery
• Ideas for how we can better support residents who experience accessibility challenges
We encourage all residents whether you have personal lived experience, know someone with accessibility challenges, or simply want to contribute to a more inclusive community to take a few minutes to complete the survey. Every response helps guide the Town’s accessibility planning and future improvements.
Your participation is anonymous, and the survey should take only a short time to complete.
Thank you for taking part and helping us make Happy Valley–Goose Bay an accessible and inclusive community for everyone.
