By-Laws Mandatory Towns and Local Service Districts Act

Release Date: April 3, 2025

In accordance with Section 7 of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act, the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay would like to inform the public that effective March 14, 2025, the following By-laws are in effect. Any policies that may have been associated with these By-Laws have been rescinded.
