| The Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay Engineering Department advises residents that demolition work will take place at 4 Hamilton River Road. This work will start on October 13, 2026, and continue for approximately two days or until the job is completed. The work will run from 8:30 am until 5 pm daily. The operation of heavy equipment for the demolition and removal of the building at this location may result in traffic disruption along this section of Hamilton River Road. Appropriate signage will be on-site to assist, but residents are reminded to exercise caution while in the area where the work is being completed. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause to residents. |
