Demolition Work at 5 Riverview Drive
Starting Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 10:00 am to 5:00 PM Daily
The Town of Happy Valley – Goose Bay Engineering Department advises residents that demolition work of a shed will take place at 5 Riverview Drive. This work will start on March 4, 2026 and continue until the job is completed. It is expected to be completed within 4 days. The work will run from 8 am until 5 pm daily.
The operation of heavy equipment for the demolition and removal of a shed at this location may result in traffic disruption along this section of Elizabeth Avenue and Riverview Drive. Appropriate signage will be on-site to assist, but residents are reminded to exercise caution while in the area where the work is being completed.
