2023 Residential Property Tax Low Income Relief

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is pleased to announce the availability of the Residential Property Tax Low Income Relief program for the 2023 Tax Year.

Residential property owners may qualify for tax relief. To apply for the 2023 Property Tax Low Income Relief program, please complete the application form and submit it to the Town Hall, along with a copy of the 2021 Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency for each person residing at the address.

You can submit your completed forms, along with the necessary documentation, in one of the following ways:
