Town Mourns the Passing of Former Councillor Reg Bowers

The Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay is saddened to have learned of the passing of former resident, and Town Councillor, Reg Bowers.

Reg Bowers was elected as a Councillor in 2015 to the Eleventh Council of the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay. He was a voice for seniors in the community and an advocate for their well-being.

Reg was a respected member of the community through his associations with the Masons and the Royal Canadian Legion. He was a friend to many and will certainly be missed.

The Town Council, Management, and Staff of the Town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay offer sincere condolences to his family and friends. The flags at the Town Office will fly Half-Mast in remembrance of Reg.
